My university recently built a small building to serve as a concession stand, a place for eats and drinks for our school functions.

The interests that could be held in our indoor gym, such as hoops & volleyball already had the benefit of a concession stand.

However, it had been taxing to provide refreshments for the spectators of people who watch outdoor sports, such as football & baseball. The concession was quite a neat little building once it was constructed, however i have to say it was more modern than primitive. All it needed was a dining room & a full washroom & it could have been a miniature home in my opinion! Besides the nature of its construction, the other reason that made myself and others interested in it is that I also believe it would have made a pretty nice little apartment. In fact, the concession stand had a ductless mini split HVAC component for temperature control, and central heating & air. It was obviously too complicated for such a small building & the university obviously felt that window air conditioning systems were not going to work as well. Apparently, the perfect solution was the ductless mini split unit that was installed. The component consists of an indoor & outdoor component, both of which are small and rather easy to install. They even link to each other, but now, the people I was with and I suddenly had the perfect concession for outdoor sporting events. The workers within the concession building were always comfortable depending on the time of the year. We were able to sell all sorts of food & drinks that we were not able to do before. Thanks to our temperature-controlled concession stand the attendance of outside sporting events actually went up and we made a lot of money in food!
