When I was a young man I had absolutely no money for basic things.

I had to buy clearance pair of sneakers and was not able to change them for years.

I wanted to be in good shape and all I knew how to do was run. I ran in extremely worn out, old sneakers for years. Combine this with my naturally high arches, bad joints, and I developed plantar fasciitis. My whole foot aches right up to the start of the Achilles tendon. Occasionally I can’t even have someone touch my foot it physically hurts so bad. For a long time I thought I would never again be able to work out normal again. I could do pushups and crunches, however I realized that anything on my feet hurt. In my desperation I decided to finally seek out a personal training gym. I now had the financial means and I wanted to get myself in shape. The personal training deals with people with loads of injuries all the time. I was area of a wellness and body rehab program. My trainer put myself and others in a group of people in the area that all suffered from injuries. Some were sports related, accident related or just similar myself and others that old age developed it. All of us did the whole group exercises each session and also 1 and 1 material. My feet have never felt so good in my adult life. I get exercises that absolutely help my feet and other 1s that don’t generally hurt it. I also have taken proactive measures enjoy taking advil, daily icing and better shoes to keep my feet glad. I have never been so thin and felt so light and healthy. I now am able to do personal training that is not an area of body wellness.
