There is a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company that I have used for all of my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C needs for multiple years. I live in a modern home with an old central air conditioning component and gas furnace, and these Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units tend to malfunction every few weeks. I have been trying to toil out a plan to purchase a modern gas furnace and central cooling system for a while, but I don’t have the money yet. Recently, when my gas furnace stopped working at my house, I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to see if they could send out a contractor to service my gas furnace. That is when I heard a modern voice on the other side of the iphone. I asked her what her name was, and she told me that her name was Cindy; She had been hired as the modern secretary of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company, unfortunately, the tone of her voice told me that she had a terrible attitude. When I asked her to send out a contractor to service my gas furnace, she told me that she would have to check the schedule and see. She wanted to option a date sometime next week. I told her that that was completely insufficient. I couldn’t leave my modern home without a gas furnace for a week in the middle of Winter. She cocked an attitude and began arguing with me. Apparently, this Heating, Ventilation, and A/C secretary had never been taught how to handle clients. Although I had been faithfully using this Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company for years, I didn’t want to toil with her. I called her boss, and I explained what happened. My gas furnace got fixed that afternoon, and she was corrected. Everything worked out in the end.
